  1. How accurate are your size charts? Our size charts are regularly updated based on customer feedback and garment-specific measurements. We recommend comparing your body measurements  to the chart rather than relying solely on standard US/Canada sizing—fabric type may slightly affect fit.
  2. Are your clothes true to standard US/Canada sizing? Most styles align with standard US/Canada sizing, but there are subtle differences by product: Men’s hoodies and sweatshirts have a relaxed fit, and men’s shirts feature moderate stretch for comfort.
  3. What's your exchange policy? We don’t offer direct size/color exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original within 30 days (per our return policy).   4. Do you restock popular items? Yes! We closely monitor demand for top-selling styles. Popular sizes or colors are restocked regularly. Sign up for email notifications on product pages to get alerts when your desired item is back in stock.
  5. Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified (e.g., update shipping address) or cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
