Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S./Canadian public holidays). Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days to complete customs documentation, compliance verification, and import declaration preparation, ensuring smooth cross-border transit.
- U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch (standard shipping). Delivery times are based on business days and exclude weekends/holidays.
- Canadian Orders: 10–20 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance delays, carrier processing, severe weather, or peak seasonal volume (e.g., holidays, sales periods).
We primarily partner with USPS for U.S. deliveries and USPS International for Canadian shipments. Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor the package’s progress.
Tracking updates may become limited once the package reaches the destination country. For Canadian orders, after the parcel clears customs, you may need to use the local postal service’s (e.g., Canada Post) tracking portal to view the latest delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked “delivered” but not received:
- For Canadian shipments, please allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate to account for customs or carrier delays.
- First, check with local postal services, neighbors, building management, or delivery hubs (e.g., post offices, parcel lockers) to confirm if the package was left with a third party.
If the package still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us within 7 days (U.S. orders) or 14 days (Canadian orders) of the marked delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and tracking number for faster assistance—we’ll work with carriers to investigate and resolve the issue.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with Canadian shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier and are not collected by our business.
Please note: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned. Eligible refunds will only cover the core cost of the delivered item; original shipping fees will be refunded only if required by law due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided by us).
